We started this sports season, with the challenge of covering the Champions League, through Eleven Sports, following the F.C. from Porto, from S.L. Benfica, and Sporting C.P. For this, we also challenged Pantalha, our trusted supplier, since the beginning of our activity, to advise us on the most appropriate solution given the requirements placed. For this purpose and after consulting the market and the options that Pantalha made available to us, we acquired 3x 4G/5G ZAO-X live transmission systems from the company SOLITON and a server with the capacity to receive up to 4x signals simultaneously, which allows us to excellent response in the constant direct requests that the customer requests us, in Portugal and anywhere in Europe.
This SOLITON ZAO-X video contribution solution, due to its great portability, the possibility of using 4 SIM cards, the ease of reception of up to 4 video signals in a single receiver, and a unique price-feature ratio on the market, guarantees us the SOLITON ZAO-X solution was and is the most suitable solution for this project. In this case, the low latency of the SOLITON ZAO-X was also important so that there was a better interaction between the remote journalist and the journalist in the studio.
