Pantalha implemented a high-quality videoconferencing and presentation solution at the facilities of ESPAP (Entity of Shared Services of Public Administration). This partnership was supported by funding from the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), aimed at promoting technological modernization and improving efficiency in ESPAP’s infrastructure. To restructure the conference and monitoring rooms, state-of-the-art technology was selected, including LG videowalls, Barco G50-W8, Barco’s ClickShare CX-30 wireless presentation system, videoconferencing solutions from Logitech and Poly, and the Bose MA12 modular sound system.
This project, designed to optimize communication and collaboration within ESPAP, not only modernized its infrastructure but also made it easier to conduct virtual and in-person meetings with high efficiency and flexibility. Additionally, it aimed to make content sharing simple, intuitive, and fast. The combination of these advanced devices proved to be a robust, effective, and scalable solution, resulting in a superior user experience and a significant qualitative leap in the entity’s communications.
Benefits for ESPAP and Its Teams
The implementation of this solution brought several advantages to ESPAP, facilitating collaborative work and optimizing the time and resources invested in meetings and presentations. The high-definition LG monitors, which form a videowall, provide wide and clear visibility. The Barco G50-W8 projectors reflect high illumination capacity and image quality. These technologies are also paired with the ease of use of the Barco ClickShare CX-30 system, allowing any participant to share content without the need for cables or complex configurations.

The Logitech Rally Bar and Poly Studio X52 videoconferencing systems elevated the quality of meetings, offering 4K video and crystal-clear audio, ensuring clear communication regardless of participants' locations. This setup is also compatible with various popular videoconferencing platforms. The Bose MA12 sound system was installed to uniformly cover large spaces, ensuring that everyone can hear clearly, even in large rooms such as auditoriums. All rooms are also equipped with return monitors, ensuring that presenters and participants can follow the displayed content in real-time, facilitating control and management of presentations and videoconferences.

Additionally, in ESPAP's internal data monitoring rooms, videowalls were installed, allowing for the visualization of metrics and the reception of critical information, increasing productivity and responsiveness. Furthermore, monitors were placed in some halls for image communication and the display of important information. These energy-efficient monitors, designed to operate 24/7, not only ensure continuous and reliable performance but are also equipped with content scheduling features, allowing resources to be managed efficiently for greater energy savings.

The flexibility of the entire installation is one of its strengths: the solutions are scalable, allowing them to be easily adapted to different types of meetings, from small teams to larger conferences.
Modernization and Increased Workflow Efficiency
The solution implemented by Pantalha not only enhanced the quality of ESPAP's meetings but also optimized the processes of preparing and executing these gatherings. The integration between the videoconferencing equipment and the corporate calendar systems enabled seamless synchronization, facilitating the scheduling and connection of participants.
Now, the workflow begins with scheduling a meeting through the corporate calendar, which automatically syncs with Poly and Logitech devices.
Depending on the room size, participants use the Poly Studio X52 or Logitech Rally Bar system to connect to the videoconference. The LG videowall displays the videoconferencing interface, providing wide and clear visibility, as do the Barco projectors in rooms with projection screens, which were repurposed for the new solution.

Any participant can share content using the ClickShare CX-30 system, without needing cables. The content can be projected directly onto the videowall or through the Barco projectors.
The cameras automatically adjust to frame active participants, while ceiling-mounted microphones capture sound clearly and accurately. The Bose sound system ensures that everyone can hear clearly.

Strategic Impact on Collaboration and Internal Communication
With the modernization of its conference rooms, ESPAP took a decisive step to improve the efficiency of its operations and the collaboration between its teams. The installed solutions not only improve the meeting experience but also enhance daily productivity by enabling teams to share information faster and more efficiently.
This infrastructure positions ESPAP as a leader in the use of modern technological solutions within public administration, offering a high-performance collaborative environment that meets the current demands of hybrid work and large-scale meetings.
